Emma is a qualified Nutritionist and accredited ATMS member, with an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine and Certificates in naturopathic modalities such as Western Herbal Medicine and Homoeopathy. She is also currently undertaking studies in Nutrition Psychology to further support her clients in achieving their health and wellbeing goals.
After spending a number of years in fast-paced corporate work environments and living overseas, Emma followed her passion for helping people find wellness in their busy lives, and commenced her studies in natural health. Two children later, many years of study, alongside 10 years working in the health and wellness industry, she brings a very real approach to holistic nutrition.
Emma understands the complexity our lives can bring when trying to make better choices. She has a gentle approach to identifying barriers to dietary change and holistically investigates the relationship between food, body and mind.
Her goal in practice is to re-educate clients on the basic foundations of health, support their body chemistry through nutrition, understand influences on food choices and eating behaviour, and provide easy tools to assist them in successfully making diet and lifestyle changes.
Emma’s business, Su Luna, also runs practitioner led women’s wellbeing circles in a format that blends educational workshops with traditional women’s circles. They provide an open space for women to authentically connect, nourish and inspire each other.
