Mother and Baby Yoga
Yoga is a powerful mechanism by which kids can learn to self-regulate, reduce stress, and improve children’s mental health and we are so happy to have the crew from Little Big Warrior joining us with their kids yoga program starting October 2019.

Over the years, the competitive landscape has increasingly grown more demanding and more often than not, it can be very stressful for kids. From more intensive curriculum and school assignments, social media, and competitive sports, various factors have a bearing on our children. Even though we might not always recognize how these stimuli affect them, kids often are influenced, and typically not in a good way.
