Psychology for Yoga teachers explores the intimate connection between posture and state of mind. You will be introduced to the science behind the physiology and psychology of posture.
New concepts will be introduced and discussed so the students can start developing a different way of looking at their students’ body and Yoga practice. This course serves as an introduction to this expansive topic.
The Mind and Body connection is the foundation of Yoga. As a Yoga teacher you will be asked to support your students at a physical and spiritual level.
This introduction course to Postural Psychology will help you read posture and their association emotional responses.
Study for 15 hours – 3 x non-consecutive Saturdays 11:30 – 4:30 pm
