Jenny is originally from the UK and comes from a background of classical dance. In 2000 she made the transition from running her own dance school to follow her passion for yoga.
She has completed intensive training in both Ryoho (Japanese) and Hatha (Indian) Yoga traditions. Training with renowned teachers, Andzej Gospodarczyk, Mark Obrien, Sylviane James, Nikola Ellis, Eoin Finn and Usha Devi.
Deeply rooted in the flow of nature, Japanese yoga changes every season to suit internal and external changes, both in your body and the surrounding environment. This style of yoga incorporates diet, oriental medical practices, and relates meridians and organs within the body to external elements in nature.
Jenny’s classes are a fusion of Yoga and Pilates with an emphasis on core strength, stability of the spine, flexibility, balance and the union of body, mind and breath. These classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.
“I love teaching at the Yoga & Health Foundation where everyone is so welcoming and my students have become like a family. I am constantly learning from them…..it’s a two way thing!”
